50 Cent has finally unloaded his Farmington, Connecticut mansion for the bargain basement price of $2.9 million.
The 21 room home was originally purchased in 2003 from boxing legend Mike Tyson with a price tag of $4.1 million. 50 spent millions on renovations. The 50,000 square foot mansion has been on the market since 2007 with a price tag of $14.5 million. It’s been on and off the market numerous ties over the years, with no takers, the asking price dropped several times as well.
Features of the home include an indoor pool, basketball court, movie theater, a club, and 35 bathrooms.
It’s rumored 50 plans to donate the proceeds of the sale to charity.
