Isaiah Washington is being forced out of the $3.5 million Venice home he shares with his wife due to unpaid bills.
The 46-year-old former star of “Grey’s Anatomy” is said to own $100,000 in back rent to his landlord, who filed eviction papers in a L.A. court yesterday (Mar. 24). The six-digit figure represents 5 months of unpaid rent.
Since being dropped from the “Grey’s Anatomy” cast in June 2007 Washington has gone on to appear in the now-defunct NBC remake, “Bionic Woman” and “The Cleaner” and recently completed work on the film “Hurricane Season,” which is scheduled for release later this year.
