“Here we go again” exclaimed DMX as he left a New York courtroom in connection to an accident The Bronx this past April in which his 2005 Dodge SUV hit another car, which in turn hit a police car.
The judge in the case told DMX if he plead guilty he would have to spend at least a weekend in jail for driving with a suspended license.
DMX maintains that he jumped behind the wheel because his wife was in labor. The prosecution disputes that though. The couple’s fourth child was born three days later.
