Cardi B was indicted on several charges Friday including harassment, criminal solicitation, conspiracy, and two counts of felony attempted assault connected to a Queens, NY strip club last year.
The August 2018 altercation at the Angels Strip Club in Flushing, Queens involved Cardi B, two bartenders, and Cardi B’s belief that her husband, Offset of the group Migos, had an affair with one of the bartenders. Following the fight, Cardi B was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault and two counts of reckless endangerment in October, 2018.
At a sold-out concert event for the BET Awards on Saturday night at the Staples Center, Cardi B remained defient, leading the crowd in a chant of “I ain’t going to jail”.
The concert also featured performances from Migos and Lil Yachty.
Cardi B is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday afternoon in State Supreme Court in Queens, NY.
