TMZ is reporting that Dogg Pound rapper Kurupt is on the mend after binge drinking so much alcohol he needed medical attention.
All this happened in the midst of shooting reality series Marriage Boot Camp. Kurupt and his estranged wife, Jovan “Tookie” Brown, are cast members on the latest season of the relationship show where groups of couples live together in a house as they work on mending trouble spots in their relationships. According to a source connected to the show, two days of filming were lost because of the incident and it led to producers instituting a ban on alcohol in the house.
Kurupt’s drinking has been a source of concern for years. But he went on Instagram to let his fans know he’s back on his feet, posting. “I Want ta Thank Everybody We luv tha support!! ~ I’m Good!!!”
The season featuring Kurupt won’t air until next year, with other notable (rumored) cast members to include Styles P, Joseline Hernandez, and Michel’le.
