28-year-old D’Andre Wall is charged with two counts of attempted murder in the Germantown, Maryland incident.
According to WJLA-TV, on August 8 an unidentified man, in a rush to make a delivery of THC marijuana cartridges, cut off a car driven by Wall.
Wall, also known as Wallway Pack, proceeded to follow the vehicle off the roadway to an apartment complex, after a brief confrontation there Wall banged on the driver’s window, he left. When the driver drove to different part of the complex, Wall allegedly followed and opened fire on the man and his female passenger. The driver was not shot, but his the woman was shot in the back and left paralyzed from the waist down.
Wall fled the scene, but police manged to tracked him down, finding him hiding in a closet in his apartment after obtaining a search warrant.John Wall had invited his nephew to come live with him in DC, transplanting him from Raleigh, NC., to keep him out of trouble.
D’Andre Wall is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He faces life in prison if convicted.
He is scheduled to appear in Montgomery County court on September 13.
