Eminem may have stormed out of the MTV Movie Awards in fake outrage Sunday night (May 31) following a prank by a semi-naked Sacha Baron Cohen, but the rapper’s angry didn’t really boil over until he returned to his hotel to discover his room had been burglarized.
According to the New York Daily News Eminem returned to his room to find thousands of dollars of his belongings had been stolen including a laptop and a $60,000 diamond necklace.
On the flip side, his newly released album “Relapse” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, selling 608,000 copies in its first week.
