Rap artist/executive Bryan ‘Baby‘ Williams will have his day in court, literally.
The CEO of Cash Money Records was arrested in November 2007 during a traffic stop in Tennessee. Upon searching his vehicle police discovered a pound of marijuana and guns. Mr. Williams was placed under arrest along with his brother Ronald “Slim” Williams and 14 other passengers on board the RV.
During the preliminary hearing last Tuesday (July 29) Mr. Williams admitted to being in possession of marijuana, but disputed the amount police say they found. Arrest warrants were issued for three other defendants who failed to show up for the hearing.
Mr. Williams’ trial will take place in October.
