The music world was shaken by the murder of artist Nipsey Hussle on March 31, 2019. Since then, fans and celebrities have been paying homage to the late rapper in a plethora of ways, but one celebrity has rubbed Los Angeles rapper, BH the wrong way.
The Game released his latest album, Born 2 Rap, via his independent record label, Prolific Records. What’s got BH in such a tizzy is the use of the word prolific, which was tattooed along Nipsey’s hairline and is often associated with the late rapper.
BH, also known as Hoggy, is an artist on Nipsey’s All Money In label, had some digging words when it came to The Game’s use of the word prolific, saying, “Y’all know who got this shit cracking, so prolific anything, that’s like us trying to say ‘Documentary Records’ or some crazy, weird sh*t like that. No, we not gonna do that.”
BH is also not happy about the frequency in which The Game has been posting about Nipsey online — almost daily. He’s gone as far as accusing The Game of using Hussle for clout purposes. In a recent interview with Adam22 on the No Jumper Podcast, BH aired out his true feelings about The Game’s constant postings, “Nip respected [The] Game for taking him on his first tour,” he admitted. “That’s cool and all Game, but all this clout. Like, you posting the homie everyday? Don’t you got dead homies? Go post them. You posting the homie? I don’t even want to see this.”
